You will play a pivotal role in supporting our US financial operations, overseeing the audit and production of the financial statements and both internal and external financial reporting for our United States entities. With the United States being one of our fastest growing markets, this role will require you to be proactive in your approach. Youll be instrumental in building and strengthening the team, focusing on strategic development and maintaining robust control and governance of processes to produce high quality information. Working with internal and external stakeholders you will assess the impact of new regulatory requirements and develop an approach that ensures these are met. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience. Proven consolidation and statutory accounts experience, United States GAAP knowledge preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders. Attention to detail with the desire to develop and improve systems and processes. Flexible, proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills. Preparing consolidated statutory accounts under United States GAAP. Assessing the impact of new regulatory requirements on reporting.
