Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Plan, write, and deliver compelling content for a variety of communication channels, including SharePoint, LinkedIn, and more.
* Colleague Engagement: Drive engagement and advocacy by celebrating successes and achievements across the business.
* Recognition Strategy: Lead and manage recognition programs, traveling to offices, branches, and logistics centers to champion excellence.
* Campaign Management: Create and execute innovative communication plans and campaigns aligned with our brand guidelines.
* Collaboration: Work with creative teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life through photography, video, and other engaging formats.
* Platform Management: Keep our LinkedIn profile fresh, relevant, and brimming with exciting content ideas.
* Proofreading and Advice: Provide expert proofreading, editing, and communication support to the wider team.
Qualifications:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and upbeat professional with experience in communications, ideally with a focus on internal communications. You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Are organised and efficient, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Possess creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
* Are self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player.
* Have strong IT and marketing knowledge, including awareness of consumer and product trends.
* Enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving.
* Hold a valid driver's license and own transport, as travel is part of the role.
