In this role you will have the oportunity to develop and enhance your client service skills whilst working with a supportive and friendly team. Your role and responsibilities: Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices and advising on and helping to process insurance claims Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients and arrangement of routine and emergency appointments Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system Assistance with daily banking and debt management Maintaining the appearance of the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Within your new role you would be working within a flexible shift pattern between the hours of 7:30am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday. You will also have a share in the Saturday 8am to 1pm rota.
