Role: Teacher (Trowbridge) at Wessex Lodge School, part of Acorn Education within Outcomes First Group (4-Day Working Week option available in line with current trial offerings).
Location: Wessex Lodge School, Frome, Somerset BA11 4LA
Salary: From 32,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

About the Role
We now have a fantastic opportunity for Class Teachers to join our close-knit team at Wessex Lodge School, part of Acorn Education. You will:
* Plan and deliver engaging learning on a daily basis, developing innovative methods to stimulate interest in the classroom.
* Observe, monitor and assess our pupils, ensuring personal development and wellbeing are as important as the academic curriculum.
* Support pupils with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs to flourish and thrive.
You will work creatively with extensive resources and expert support within Outcomes First Group to tailor learning to individual needs and circumstances.
Who We Are Looking For
* A passionate teacher and great communicator, comfortable engaging with pupils with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs.
* A team player who enjoys building caring relationships with pupils, families and professionals across school settings.

Wessex Lodge School currently comprises three sites: Wessex Lodge Primary in Kilmington, Wessex Lodge Secondary in Frome, and Newmead Farm in Maiden Bradley. We offer diverse curriculum paths, including animal care, horticulture, design technology, forest school and sporting activities.
