Teach Match Recruitment Agency is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of scientific disciplines and have the ability to engage students through creative and interactive lessons. As a Science Teacher, you will play an integral role in fostering a love for science, encouraging critical thinking, and supporting the academic growth of students.


Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality lessons in subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science (depending on the school's needs).
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
* Assess and evaluate student\'s performance through regular tests, projects, and assignments as directed by the school.
* Provide individualised support to students who require additional help or challenge.
* Encourage scientific inquiry and practical learning through experiments and fieldwork.
* Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and mutual respect.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
* Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behaviour in line with school expectations.


Qualifications

* A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Science Education).
* A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Previous experience teaching Science at secondary school level (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of curriculum requirements and national standards for science education.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for science and education.
