We are a small, friendly local business looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Maintaining records, files, and basic office systems
* Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Assisting with scheduling and appointment coordination
* Providing occasional customer service support
About You:
* MUST have local knowledge knowledge of RG4 & RG9 area
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable using basic computer software (email, Word/Excel, etc.)
* Able to work independently but also enjoy being part of a small team
* Previous admin or office experience is helpful, but not essential — the right attitude matters most
