We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Specialist to help us find and secure new client projects in the Web & Mobile Development space.
This role includes a $600/month base salary + up to 15% commission per closed deal, depending on project size and complexity.
We're looking for someone who can consistently generate leads, manage outreach, and convert opportunities into signed projects.

B. What We Need From You
Your role will be to:
•Find potential clients and leads (Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, agencies, etc.)
•Communicate with leads and qualify them
•Book calls and coordinate project discussions
•Support negotiations and help close deals
Compensation Structure
•$600/month base salary
•Up to 15% commission per project successfully closed
•Commission is paid after the client funds the first milestone / first payment is received

C. Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who has:
•Proven experience selling web/app development services
•Strong English communication skills
•Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
•Ability to consistently generate leads and opportunities
•Understanding of software development services and project scopes
