Location: Heath Farm College, Maidstone, ME16 0ER
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the Role
* Model the college values of ‘Love, Commitment and Opportunity’ daily
* Deliver effective teaching and learning to KS4 students, ensuring relevance, statutory compliance, and meeting individual needs
* Support and implement college policies
* Share responsibility for the education, welfare, and conduct of students
* Follow college protocols and procedures daily
* Ensure accurate registration procedures
* Lead on PSHCE and SRE; teaching humanities is beneficial
* Plan and deliver schemes of work aligned with statutory requirements and college policies
* Assess, record, and report on student progress
* Maintain up-to-date Student Learner Profiles for each student
* Keep relevant records of student achievements for progression planning
