Must Haves
Good understanding of insurance principles
Strong accuracy and attention to detail when managing data and reports
Proficiency with MS Office and ability to use relevant systems confidently
Ability to follow documented processes and procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to haves
Some previous work experience (insurance sector or other industries)
Previous experience working within a credit control role
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Interest in finance (credit control), accounts, or insurance administration
Experience with London Market Finance Schemes or Legacy work (credit write backs)
So what will you be doing?
Preparing and checking standard document templates for internal and external use
Entering, updating, and submitting data accurately into systems
Creating and maintaining both paper and electronic files
Reviewing departmental reports and taking action where needed
Reconciling accounts, unallocated cash, and partner statements
Preparing and processing statements, allocations, and payments
Ensuring compliance with settlement deadlines and internal procedures
Supporting the IBA team in delivering accurate, timely financial transactions
