About the client: International professional services organisation requiring Senior HR Business Partners to support a complex client group of Partners and senior leaders during strategic change and transformation. Experience in Legal, Financial Services, white collar consultancy preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to Partners and senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and challenge
* Develop and deliver people plans aligned to business and firm-wide strategy
* Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives
* Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver commercially aligned people solutions
* Deliver cyclical HR activities, including performance, reward and talent processes
* Use people data and insights to inform decision‑making and measure impact
* Lead HR projects and initiatives across the firm
* Line manage and develop HR Advisors
* Support complex and high‑risk ER matters in partnership with specialist teams
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner within professional services
* Strong credibility and influence with Partners and senior stakeholders
* Commercial, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate in ambiguity
* Demonstrated experience in change, transformation and workforce planning
* Confident using people metrics to influence strategic decisions
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
