Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Stay updated on industry trends to continually enhance the dining experience.
Skills
* Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment.
* Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
* Culinary experience with a passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills.

Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
