Their platform integrates with major e-commerce systems, enabling brands to sell custom merchandise without holding stock or managing fulfilment. The Role The client are seeking an ambitious and proactive Sales & Account Manager Ecommerce Technology to join our growing team, based out of our Bristol office on a hybrid basis. This is a blended role combining inbound B2B sales with long-term account management. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from initial enquiry through onboarding and into successful, long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct regular check-ins, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for account growth. Support clients in expanding product ranges and launching additional online stores. Inbound B2B Sales Manage the full sales cycle for inbound enquiries. Guide prospects through onboarding, product sampling, and platform integration. Ensure a smooth and professional client experience from first contact to launch. Project & Stakeholder Coordination Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, including production and design. Coordinate product samples and special projects (e.g. tour or event merchandise) to agreed timelines and quality standards. Business Growth & Strategy Contribute to improving sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting. Support outbound sales activity and lead generation initiatives. Play an active role in the companys continued growth and market expansion. Travel Attend relevant industry events and conferences in the UK, Europe, and the US as required. About You Youre a commercially minded relationship-builder who enjoys working with clients and driving growth. Youre comfortable operating in a hybrid environment and flexible with working hours, as some clients are based internationally. Preferred Experience & Skills B2B Sales: 3 years (preferred) Account Management: 3 years (preferred) Experience in a client-facing role within sales or account management. Background in technology, e-commerce, SaaS, or creative industries is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces. Proactive, organised, and able to work independently. Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
