Overview
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Woods Bros Cleaning Contractors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exception cleaning standards and maintaining strong relationships with both our clients and staff. Due to the nature of the role flexibility is key and a willingness to work varied hours throughout the week and on occasion weekends.
The role is for a minimum of 30 hours per week with many opportunities for overtime.
A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
* Covering sickness and holidays to ensure continuation of service for our clients.
* Performing regular audits at our clients sites.
* Making sure all documentation on sites is update and inline with current standards.
* Providing training and site set up of new client locations.
* Maintaining a professional and trusting relationship with clients.
* Delivering stock and equipment to different locations.
* Keeping a clean, maintained and representable company vehicle.
Must haves
* The candidate must have OR be able to pass an Enhanced DBS.
* Experience in commercial cleaning, previous experience in mobile cleaning or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
* Full UK Driving License
* COSHH Awareness
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Good organisational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Knowledge of cleaning products and their safe usage is an advantage.
