Identify, prospect, and close high‑value enterprise accounts within recruitment and staffing firms worldwide. Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation, discovery calls, product demos, proposals, negotiations to contract closure. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align messaging, product roadmap, and client feedback. Mentor and coach junior sales staff, helping to build a high‑performance sales culture. Maintain and expand relationships with key decision‑makers (CEOs, CROs, Heads of Recruitment) to increase account penetration and upsell opportunities. Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy using CRM tools. Represent Recruit CRM at industry conferences, webinars, and virtual events to raise brand visibility. Provide market intelligence on competitors, emerging trends, and customer needs to inform product and go‑to‑market strategies. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven ability to sell SaaS solutions to recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or similar B2B environments. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed team. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Basic technical aptitude; familiarity with programming concepts (e.g., C++) is a plus. Desired Experience 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment technology. Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a sales pipeline worth $1M ARR. Experience building and scaling sales teams across multiple regions. Demonstrated ability to close enterprise‑level deals with complex buying committees.
