- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary
* Assess and process customer returns in a timely manner
Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in data entry and ability to analyze information accurately
* Technical background preferred but not essential
