Job Title: People Operations Coordinator Location: Birmingham Contract: 3-month contract with possible extension Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week, 35 paid hours 5 hours unpaid lunch) Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour PAYE About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a People Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic People & Culture team within a forward-thinking organisation. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle through effective administration and first-line support. You will work closely with the wider People & Culture team to ensure all people services are delivered in a timely, professional, and inclusive manner.
