You work to empower families to thrive, align with the Early Help and Prevention Strategy, and collaborate within the national Supporting Families programme framework. What the Job Involves Your role entails coordinating and delivering multi-agency interventions through a whole-family Early Help Assessment and action planning. You aid families in achieving positive outcomes while preventing escalation to high-cost, statutory, crisis intervention services. You provide a comprehensive range of support as a Family First Case Manager, working closely with partners to ensure effective, targeted assistance for families. Skills Excellent safeguarding experience Competence in completing Early Help Assessments Ability to organise Team Around the Family Meetings Skill in completing and reviewing SMART plans with families Capability to work within timescales Experience in conducting home visits Proficiency in direct work with children and young people Strong written and verbal communication skills
