Working closely with the Head of Marketing (Brewery), and the Head of Marketing (Pub Co), you'll be overseeing the implementation of marketing plans, promotional campaigns/ materials, advertising opportunities and promotional events, helping to strengthen the brand's presence in the marketplace and facilitating continuous growth.

This well-respected brewery produces an award winning portfolio of beers, which feature in some of the best on and off trade venues in the UK, and have a pub estate of over 30 quality venues. With recent investment, they are now extremely well placed for the next stage of their journey.
The role....
* Deliver exciting brand plans and events
* Manage the marketing database and email distribution
* Assist with training, development and multi skilling of the wider marketing team
* Oversee the production of all physical and digital marketing materials
* Monitor competitor activities, review marketing strategy and suggest improvements
* Work closely and communicate effectively with other department heads
* Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns and promotional events
* Conduct market research, analyse and evaluate trends and brand awareness
* Write copy for a diverse range of marketing materials
* Monitor progress of campaigns and update team on performance
You?
* Passionate about marketing and the drinks industry
* Experience in a marketing executive role or similar
* Good understanding of market research techniques, data and statistical analysis
* Knowledge of marketing best practice
* Familiarity with social media and web analytics
* Creativity and commercial understanding and awareness
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* A great communicator who works well in a team
This is a full-time office based role in West Yorkshire, with a salary of £25-30k depending on experience.
