Parts Advisor Heathrow
Salary: £35,000 £38,000 + Achievable Bonus
Hours:
* 10am7:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
* 6am4pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
Daily Responsibilities
* Taking incoming telephone orders and upselling to increase invoice value
* Making outbound calls to raise customer awareness and follow up on lost sales
* Building strong customer rapport
* Identifying and supplying the correct DAF/TRP parts
* Supporting the workshop team by ensuring accurate and timely parts supply
* Processing invoices and handling payments

* Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment

* IT literate and confident working within company systems and processes
