This isn’t a parts-fitting role. They’re looking for someone who can genuinely diagnose, think, and lead from the front technically. The Role Advanced diagnostics and fault finding Electrical and complex repair work Supporting junior techs where needed Full range of servicing and mechanical repairs You’ll be using modern diagnostic equipment including Autel and Thinkbox systems, all kept fully up to date. What They’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technician Strong diagnostic capability Ideally from an independent background (not purely brand-specific) Confident working across a wide range of vehicles Someone who takes pride in solving problems properly The Package Monday to Friday 8am–5pm (40 hours) 22 days holiday bank holidays Up to £50,000 basic £3,000 annual bonus, paid quarterly This is a role for someone who wants to be valued for their skill level — not micromanaged, not rushed, and not boxed into one narrow brand.
