We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy property department. You will support conveyancers and solicitors in managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the day-to-day running of conveyancing files
Preparing and sending out legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
Carrying out searches and reviewing results
Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
Handling post-completion tasks, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
About You:
Previous experience in a conveyancing role is preferred
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with case management systems and MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and client-focused attitude
