We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to supports the Administrator and the management team. You will cover receptionist and telephone duties which involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting visitors and dealing with queries, as well as any appropriate follow up action.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
To assist the homes administrator, allowing the homes administrator to support the management team.
To cover the front of house until 18.00 hours to ensure the home is fully supported.
Undertake receptionist and telephone duties including dealing with queries, taking messages, greeting and dealing with visitors and any appropriate follow up action.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for enquirers to the door, show rounds, new residents, relatives and friends that come into the home.
Understand and adhere to restrictions and security checks for people arriving at the door.
Manage arrangements for site visits of potential residents and relatives.
