Our Client is a long-established estate agency operating in North & North West London covering Residential & Commercial Sales and Lettings, New Homes, and Property Management. As a Letting Negotiator with Our Client, you'll play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer experiences to our clients and customers. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting market appraisals for potential landlord clients and promoting the benefits of our letting service. Actively identifying and developing potential landlord clients to bring properties to market in a managed capacity. Maintaining a database of potential tenants, scheduling and conducting property viewings, and providing constructive feedback to landlords. Negotiating between landlord and tenant to reach mutually acceptable agreements and overseeing pre-tenancy checks. Supporting and mentoring junior team members to foster their development. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organisational abilities with keen attention to detail. A full driving license and access to a car.
