Associate, Japanese Corporate Banking – What You'll be Doing:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to customers and Relationship Managers for account maintenance
* Act as a first-level advisor to customers and escalate complex issues when required
* Verify customer documentation to support processing by other teams
* Build inter-office relationships and support effective collaboration
Associate, Japanese Corporate Banking – The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Business level Japanese (both written and spoken Keigo)
* Customer-facing and team-working experience
* Background in corporate banking is ideal
* Logical analysis and effective prioritisation
* Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaborative skills
