With an exciting refresh on the horizon, this is a standout opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to shape the food offer, work with seasonal ingredients, build and adapt a menu that matches the fun pub energy and brewery at Bath Brew House, build a loyal following, and help drive footfall with brilliant, beer-matched food.

About Bath Brew House
Bath Brew House is a proper pub with personality. We brew our own beer on site, serve it fresh from the tanks, and pair it with hearty, crowd-pleasing food that keeps people coming back. Think locals, craft beer lovers, big weekends, buzzing gardens, and packed Sunday roasts.
As we evolve the offer at Bath Brew House, food is front and centre. We want to be as well-known for our banging burgers, proper pub classics, and legendary Sunday roasts as we are for our beer.

The Role
As Head Chef at Bath Brew House, you’ll have full ownership of the kitchen and the freedom to shape the menu while staying true to the pub’s identity.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and developing a happy, motivated kitchen team
Creating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients
Delivering consistently great food at volume
Owning GP, stock control, and kitchen standards
Managing our main kitchen and our brand new burger shack in the garden
Making Bath Brew House a destination for food as well as beer
About You
You’re a Head Chef (or a very ready Senior Sous) who:
Loves cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Thrives in a busy pub kitchen
Enjoys developing people as much as developing dishes
Cares about consistency, standards, and great hospitality
Wants the chance to do something a bit different
