Harmonic are proud to be working with a rapidly growing Media Agency based in central London.
The Role
This role will report directly into the Managing Director, and it will offer fantastic exposure to the end to end creative process, and will give you the opportunity to drive new ideas forward. You will lead a team of three, and take responsibility for oversight of the day-to-day operations and creative direction of the agency.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Coach, lead and develop the creative team, and actively manage their performance and creative output
* In collaboration with the service leads to develop strategic plans to develop our areas of expertise
* Showcase and share creative work across the team, discipline, and broader agency
* Take a key role in the ideation stage
* Build compelling decks with exceptional copywriting and art direction
* Motivate the team to deliver an evolving vision that engages, inspires, and differentiates the agency as a whole
* Help to develop and lead the pitch process to deliver exceptional solutions and improve the agency's win ratio.
Skills
Required Skills:
* You have a strong vision for exceptional creativity and have a proven ability to connect that vision to client briefs and requirements
* You are a passionate creative with a strong portfolio of creative work, including creative campaigns and digital content.
* Experience in leading and winning pitches
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch ideas to clients and explain ideas to members of the creative and client services team
* Creative industry experience
