Griffiths are looking for a P2P Processor to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis at our Head Offices in Llanfoist, Abergavenny. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the Finance Director and Financial Controller with reporting contract costs and profitability Processing invoices in line with Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and purchase order (PO) processes Ensuring compliance with group policies, procedures, and SOx requirements Managing supplier queries and responding to commercial team enquiries in a timely manner Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support cash management and business performance Contributing to process improvements and supporting achievement of financial KPIs Supporting strong financial governance, risk management, and continuous improvement Promoting best practices and maintaining high standards of financial control and transparency What we’re looking for: Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with other departments Good attention to detail and numeracy skills Ability to manage workload and process information accurately and efficiently Team player who can support colleagues to achieve shared goals Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Proactive approach with the ability to identify and drive process improvements Desirable (but not essential): AAT qualification Previous experience working within a finance environment What we offer: 6 month fixed term role Competitive pay Supportive team environment How to apply: To view the full job description and apply online, please visit: https://careers.griffiths.co.uk/jobs/p2p-processor-gr1050/
