For the successful Account Managers our client is offering:
1. £25,000 per annum, potential to reach up to £36,000 per annum if KPI's, targets and forecasts are continuously met
2. Days role - 9:00 AM to 17:30 PM Monday to Friday
3. Permanent position within a progressive company

The Role - Account Managers :
8. Processing orders via telephone, fax and email onto a bespoke CRM system.
9. Making proactive calls - developing new business.
10. Advising customers of available products and offering alternatives that best fit their needs
11. Tracking client margin spend.
12. Support the retention and growth of the customer base by continually liaising with current customers and prospecting for new customers via own initiative or using our call list system.
13. Regularly updating the customer database to ensure that all details are up to date and accurate.
14. Market mapping
15. General administrative duties.
16. Take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities whenever reasonably ask
What our client is looking for in an Account Managers:
17. Account Management/Sales - minimum 2 years experience- ESSENTIAL
18. Excellent communication skills
19. Must have proven experience developing business- ESSENTIAL
20. Confident in dealing with customers over the phone- ESSENTIAL
