The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team on a seasonal contract. The role involves working up to 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, with 5 days out of 7.
Our Oban Brasserie specializes in locally sourced seafood, steaks, and burgers. Responsibilities include menu design and purchasing. We value a passion for quality, fresh ingredients, and excellent service to help establish our kitchen's reputation as the best in the area.
