This is a hands-on, production-based role where consistency, quality, and craftsmanship are key. You’ll be an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands slow fermentation and high-hydration doughs, and takes real pride in every bake. While this role doesn’t include formal leadership, we’re seeking someone confident working independently and contributing to a smooth, efficient operation. Key Responsibilities: Produce a range of artisanal baked goods including sourdough breads, viennoiseries, laminated pastries, and enriched doughs Manage fermentation and baking processes to ensure consistent quality and flavour Follow production plans accurately and maintain high standards during every shift Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with food safety regulations Collaborate effectively with your team and support wider estate operations Monitor ingredient levels and assist with basic stock control as needed What we can offer A positive workplace environment with opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
