Job Overview
We are seeking passionate SEN / SEND tutors to support young people with SEND, SEMH, and other Additional Educational Needs in Essex. Multiple positions are available, and hiring is ongoing to meet diverse needs.
About Us
Targeted Provision aims to improve education quality for young people with SEN and other needs, such as SEMH. We focus on children with MLD and SLD, supporting them through holistic, trauma-informed tutoring.

Role Responsibilities
* Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other needs
* Support referred students in their educational and social-emotional development
* Deliver holistic, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
* Plan engaging sessions tailored to individual needs
* Complete reports and provide feedback on progress
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
* At least 2 years teaching experience
* Experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar
* Understanding of safeguarding policies
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this)
* Two professional references
* Right to work in the UK
Employment Details
* Position as a Worker, providing short-term engagements
* Paid via PAYE, not self-employed
* No set hours or expenses coverage
* Insurance provided
