We are seeking a Programme Quality Engineer to join our quality team in Cwmbran. This role will focus on guaranteeing the compliance of products and services delivered to customers by implementing customer and Safran requirements within the program, act as a quality interface and represent the Quality department by building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers. Listen to customers' concerns about quality and translate them into requirements, negotiate as effectively as possible with the customer and implement them operationally within the program. Understand the implicit and explicit quality requirements of other stakeholders, negotiate them as effectively as possible and integrate them operationally within the program. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement quality actions to ensure that customer and Safran requirements are properly integrated into the program:
- Analyse customer requirements, establish and maintain quality deliverables by cascading them internally and to the supply chain through the program quality plan.
- Ensure due application of the PROMPT reference system and the “Program Management” process by applying best practices.
- Report to customers on compliance with their quality requirements.
