The Role
The SalesDirector will take full ownership of the UK & International sales strategy, managing a high-performing commercial team while developing long-term relationships with OEM partners, distributors and enterprise-level customers. This is a senior leadership role suited to a results-driven individual with strong technical understanding of security hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business growth targets.
* Manage, mentor and scale a national and international sales team.
* Drive revenue growth across OEM, distribution and integrator channels.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers within OEMs and large-scale security providers.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for product expansion.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to influence product roadmap and market positioning.
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting to Board level.
* Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows and partner meetings.
Experience & Requirements
* Proven track record as Sales Director, Head of Sales or Senior Commercial Leader within security systems, electronic hardware, device manufacturing or related OEM environments.
* Strong knowledge of physical security hardware (e.g., access control, surveillance, sensors, perimeter protection, communication devices).
* Experience managing complex OEM or hardware-based solution sales cycles.
* Demonstrated successes in scaling sales teams and driving sustained revenue growth.
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to engage at C-suite level.
* Technical aptitude with ability to translate complex product features into customer solutions.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required
