We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Healthcare to lead and grow our presence across a high-potential region.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Driving new business across, care homes, and private healthcare settings
✅ Building and nurturing strong client relationships at all levels
✅ Leading recruitment and service delivery teams to meet client needs

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing, ideally in a leadership or senior sales capacity
✔ Strong track record of client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, urgency, and a competitive edge
✔ Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams in a high-performance environment
