Salary: Support Staff Grade 4 - £22,011.18 - £27,368.29 per annum (£25,647- £31,889 FTE)
The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently three academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School and Frimley Church of England Junior School.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Study Support Team within an outstanding Sixth Form College. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to both staff and students in the College.
The Role
Are you passionate about supporting students’ emotional well-being? Do you have experience working with students to help them build resilience and emotional intelligence? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to join our Study Support Team. You will support students with emotional or social difficulties by developing their emotional literacy, mental health, and social skills. As an ELSA, you will work closely with students to support their emotional development and provide one-to-one or small group interventions for students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioural challenges. You will help students build self-esteem, manage emotions, and improve their social skills, contributing to a positive and nurturing learning environment in Farnborough.
