About the Role
Your role as a Senior Care Assistant will involve supporting the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, creating a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing, noting any changes affecting care plans, ensuring needs are met, and updating records accordingly.
* Participating in person-centred care planning, including implementation, monitoring, and monthly evaluations.
* Supporting residents with medication requirements.
* Undertaking staff supervision and supporting staff development.
* Acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals, ensuring requests and concerns are addressed appropriately.
About You

Our ideal candidate will:
* Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar care environment.
* Be effective in both verbal and written communication.
* Possess a positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
* Be flexible and responsive to a range of responsibilities.
