The role of Recruitment Business Partner
As our Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across all areas of the organisation. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to provide expert guidance, ensuring every recruitment decision supports both fair and transparent recruitment.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll lead to source candidates, build strong relationships with hiring manager, and champion a first-class candidate experience that reflects Prior’s Court as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from writing job advert, screening, arranging interviews, assisting in interviews and processing offers.
2. Working with hiring managers to define requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
3. Develop creative attraction strategies, using social media, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing to find the best talent.
4. Create engaging job adverts.
5. Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring all safer recruitment and compliance processes are followed.
6. Promote Prior’s Court at recruitment fairs and events.
7. Support hiring managers with interviews, shortlisting, and candidate selection.
8. Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure all compliance checks are complete.
9. Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage of the process.
10. Supporting with writing and assessing interview questions and also supporting within interviews.

About you
11. You’re an organised, proactive recruiter who thrives on building relationships and finding creative ways to source great people. You’ll be a natural communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding service — and for making a difference through your work.
12. Previous experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle (in-house or agency).
13. Proven success using sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards.
14. Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and communication skills.
15. A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
16. Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, ATS use).
