Job Overview
Santander is looking for an on‑call Customer Experience Advisor based out of Crawley, working 260 hours per annum on a rota‑d basis Monday to Saturday between 8 am & 6 pm. You will act as the friendly face and voice of Santander, handling cash transactions, technology assistance, telephone enquiries, fraud protection and a broad range of customer activities, thriving in a multi‑skilled environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
* Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
* Answer customer calls into the contact centre.
* Build relationships and find solutions.
* Develop your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
* Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony environments (Required).
* Effective communication skills to truly understand customer needs (Required).
* A real desire to go above‑and‑beyond for customers (Preferred).
* Team‑working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach to work (Preferred).
* Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside standard expectations (Preferred).
* Ability to grow, adapt and change to accommodate business needs and priorities (Preferred).
* Right to work in the UK to commence employment with Santander (Required).
Salary & Benefits
* Salary Range: £25,950.00 – £32,779.00 per annum (depending on experience). Salary based on a standard 35‑hour week.
