Office Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting a Office Manager on behalf of a growing business in Englefield Green. This hands-on role oversees stock control, administration, finance processes and logistics, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Office based, Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm.
Office Manager Key Responsibilities
Manage stock levels across multiple locations
Oversee day-to-day administration and support the admin team
Process orders, invoices, purchase orders and payments
Use CRM, inventory and finance systems (e.g. Zoho, Xero)
Coordinate deliveries, shipping and import/export documentation
Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams
Support marketing activity and HR administration as requiredOffice Manager Required Skills & Experience
Experience in operations, administration or office management
Strong stock control and finance administration knowledge
Confident systems user (CRM, inventory, accounting software)
Highly organised, proactive and able to multitask
Strong communication and team coordination skills
