Do you have experience in customer service or a call centre and are ready for a new opportunity? Are you seeking a fresh challenge and the chance to take the next step in your career? Do you want to make a real difference in people's lives?
Citizens Advice Nottinghamshire Central & South are looking for debt advisers to join us on a new project working with clients providing them with advice over the telephone. You will be working with a tight knit team to provide help and a way forward to those most in need. We will provide full training.
If you wish to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills-
* An ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to training and good understanding/experience of the processes in dealing with advice giving
* The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines using own initiative
* The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a range of people and organisations
* The ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team and work without close supervision
* Ability and willingness to follow agreed procedures
* Ability to work in a sensitive, enabling and non-judgemental way with people from a wide range of backgrounds
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
