Job Description:
Pay rate: £11.44 (gross) per hour at all times.
Term time: 4 hours per week (2 hours on weekday evenings after 4pm and 2 hours on weekends).
School holidays: 6 hours per week (2 hours on a couple of weekdays and 2 hours on a weekend).

We are seeking a suitable female PA to support our daughter, aged 8, who has Non-ketotic hyperglycinemia. She requires support with personal care, changing clothes and nappies, administering medications and feeds via gastrostomy tube, maintaining correct body posture, and assisting with transfers. Our daughter communicates through facial gestures; the PA must recognize and support her needs. The PA must also recognize epilepsy attacks, react according to the epilepsy plan, and administer rescue medication if needed. Support with leisure activities like playing with sensory toys, reading, and listening to music is also required.
