Senior Suspension Design Engineer
Location: Motorsport Valley (with occasional travel to Europe required)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Suspension Design Engineer to join a dynamic Formula 1 team at the forefront of motorsport innovation. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge suspension systems that push the boundaries of performance in the world's most demanding racing series.
Key Responsibilities:
Design suspension components to meet strict packaging, performance, and regulatory specification constraints
Create detailed designs of structural, mechanical, and composite parts
Collaborate closely with aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics, and track engineering teams to optimise suspension performance
Produce high-quality CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation
Support the manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in suspension technology
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Extensive experience in mechanical design, ideally with proven expertise in suspension systems within high-performance motorsport (Formula 1, LMP, or similar)
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (ideally Catia V5/V6)
Excellent understanding of composite materials, metallic structures, and mechanical systems
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative mindset
