A Junior / Graduate Software Support Engineer is required to provide technical support to customers. The role involves varied tasks including presales support, cloud infrastructure support, software testing, software configurations and implementation, and business process analysis and documentation.
About the Role
This position requires a relevant degree in Computer Science or similar subject OR commercial experience in technical support. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a customer-facing technical support role are essential.
