Our client is an established estate agency recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy sales team at the Telford branch.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in the sales of residential properties, preferably within Telford and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, self‑motivation, and a commitment to succeed in a fast‑paced, targeted environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines, are essential.
Main Duties
* Arrange and conduct property viewings.
* Liaise with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers.
* Effectively handle enquiries and queries both over the telephone and in branch.
* Carry out effective sales progression, keeping all parties updated through the sales process to a swift, seamless completion.
* Communicate with clients at all levels and deliver first‑class customer service.
* Flexible, always going the extra mile to ensure clients receive a positive experience.
* Remain compliant with current legislation and company processes at all times.
* Always ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
