Job Summary:
NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Product Owner to drive the successful implementation of our Aerodata Hub Production Tool roadmap. This position cooperates with a wide range of stakeholders to understand and implement the necessary tool developments of the aerodata production environment as we push to our 2030 vision.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Ownership & Strategy: Take complete ownership of Aerodata Hub Epics, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with the Aerodata Roadmap. Lead the preparation of business cases and continuously monitor costing to ensure project viability and adherence to budget. Proactively identify and raise risks, and actively seek out and manage opportunities, contributing to the development and implementation of effective mitigation strategies and value creation. Maintain excellent housekeeping in Agility (ART3 Planning Level), providing transparent visibility of progress to all stakeholders.
2. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Clearly communicate progress, roadblocks, and achievements to all relevant stakeholders. Champion alignment among Aerodata Hub stakeholders, ensuring a unified vision and approach. Lead and manage cross-functional Aerodata Hub teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained throughout the lifecycle of Epics and features.
3. Agile Development & Ceremonies: Actively contribute to the preparation and participation in all Agile ceremonies, including: Grooming of Features/User Stories Progress Review Meetings PI Planning (including scheduling, testing, and regression testing) User Story/Defect Demos Iteration Reviews
4. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Aerodata Production Product Owners to: Support the achievement of Program Increment (PI) Goals. Clarify proposed approaches, ensuring they fit within the Aerodata Hub Roadmap. Ensure successful prioritization of features. Effectively manage Agility using agile methodologies.
Education:
5. Required: A-Levels or equivalent
6. Preferred: Aviation degree
Experience:

9. Soft skills needed for coordination/customer facing role
10. Leadership and/or Project Manager experience is beneficial
