Your Role as a Mobile Mechanic
As a Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. Whether it’s a driveway or an office car park, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage. We’ll equip you for success from day one with:

What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who gets people. This isn’t just about spanners and engines—our mechanics are out there on driveways, chatting with customers, giving advice, and representing the RAC with pride. You’re not just in the RAC—you are the RAC!
Here’s what you’ll need:
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
