If you're the type who hates losing more than you love winning, reads a target as a challenge not a limit, and thrives in high-paced, phone-first sales - this is your kind of role.
We’re hiring on behalf of a specialist B2B services provider supporting the construction and recruitment industries with fast, compliant, contractor-focused solutions. They’re scaling quickly and need a Sales Development Executive who’s ready to pick up the phone and start knocking down doors..
The Role:
You’ll be making 80–100 outbound calls a day, booking qualified meetings with decision-makers at recruitment agencies and construction firms. You’ll need to build instant rapport, handle objections, and consistently feed the pipeline for the sales team to close.
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in payroll - if you’ve got the right mindset, they’ll train you on everything else.
What They’re Looking For:
* Grit, resilience, and a thick skin. This is outbound sales
* Naturally competitive. You get annoyed when someone else wins
* Confident and fearless on the phone. Rejection just means ‘not yet’
* Strong communicator - clear, likeable, and persuasive
* Proven success in:
* Recruitment resourcing
* Insurance or energy sales
* Or… you’re just someone with fire in your belly and no platform (yet)
* Ambitious - you want to earn, not just show up
What You’ll Get:

* Uncapped earnings – realistic OTE of £55K+
