Someone who thrives on connecting long-term strategy to actionable plans, enjoys working across complex portfolios, and is motivated by driving meaningful customer and business outcomes. This role would suit an individual experienced in large-scale change, who is confident engaging senior leaders and influencing multi-disciplinary teams. A bit about the job: This role will be instrumental in translating the C&M strategy into a clear 3-5 year transformational roadmap that optimises delivery outcomes through effective sequencing, phasing, and dependency management. It exists to ensure that the C&M change agenda is fully aligned, realistic, and set up for successful execution. In addition, you'll help the C&M Transformation Director create strategic narratives and executive-level engagement packs. You will prepare portfolio-level analysis to monitor change delivery effectiveness and efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement and tracking these through to completion.
