Graduate Teaching Assistant - SEN & Mainstream Schools
Location: Bournemouth & Surrounding Areas (Poole, Christchurch & wider Dorset)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Pay: From £14.96 per hour

Our partner schools support children and young people aged 5-19 with Autism, ADHD, social-emotional needs, and diverse learning profiles. Many are recognised for their therapeutic approaches, collaborative multi-disciplinary teams, and highly personalised support that prioritises both academic progress and wellbeing.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates seeking valuable, hands-on experience in education, inclusion, and child development-while making a genuine and lasting difference in young people's lives.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the delivery of evidence-based interventions that promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour

Assist with behaviour tracking, data collection, and progress monitoring

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and SEN teams to support pupil learning and wellbeing

Provide tailored small-group and 1:1 support
