About the Role:
You will manage a shared mailbox, respond to enquiries, minute key meetings, and prepare documentation for court proceedings. The role also includes maintaining accurate records on case management systems, ensuring data quality, and coordinating tasks such as booking interpreters, venues, and ordering resources.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisation and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience working in a busy environment. You will be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and handling data accurately.
You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential.
